I found MFK by looking up "natural" ick treatments...I trolled this place for almost a year before I actually joined. Have to say that there is an abundance of info here, and I have learned A LOT! But the search sucks...most times if you search in google the top results will lead you back to MFK haha.

Have to agree that most people dont stick around...mostly because they get flamed out of here by 14 year olds

Lets see, I have a 55 gallon, well an Aqua Clear 70 will do in a pinch - its good for up to 70 gallons! Oh dear, i have to change the water more than once every 6 months? what! Oh, dear the fish have died, lets sell our 10 gallon set up for 150 online! yay!

these are the same people who sell their 30 gallon tanks for 150 and their 55 gallon tanks for over 300 on craigslist! Same common line I have over 1000....and so on invested into it.

This drives me crazy.
I'm strapped for cash right now but looking at trying to find a nice craigslist score to get another bigger tank, but every yahoo that lists on there is asking rediculous amounts. $550 for a 55G on my local CL right now.
