THE GLASS ON MY 300 IS SPREADING!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Lol that's one option... im waiting till monday for a reply from them before i make any decisions. Im confident the straps top and bottom now will stop the front from popping of which is my biggest worry, if it leaks its not the end of the world as we have old floorboards and no carpets down stairs. I currently dont have the money to do it due to xmas and car problems, will be a month or two... besides it held up this long, knock wood!-)

right, he replied and i've sent pics on to Windsor Aquatics, they subbed the job to ND Aquatics at the time. Just waiting for the pics to be sent over and ND Aquatics to reply with a verdict now!

Hope you get some help from them mate , if not we'll let the slating begin ;):D

My opinion here. Regardless of whether they subbed it out, Windsor need to handle your situation. I wouldn't be content to wait around. I would expect an answer immediately. You paid them, they need to fix it. What was the warranty when you bought it?

They are using nd's warrenty, i wont list it here but its sketchy at best... its on their website. When you spend 600+ pounds on glass alone this shouldnt happen, i slipped in a comment letting them know im on the forums so hopefully that will get results...

Right ND aquatics are on my hate list!!!! this is there reply;

Good Afternoon,

Keith from Windsor aquatics has been in contact regarding your tank issues. From the pictures provided, we cannot see any issues. Our advice would be to drain the tank, level the stand, change the poly to 25mm and then this should correct the support issues.

Kind Regards

ND Aquatics

I'm sending the assassin cat on my avatar their way.

That just sucks!

Tw@'s , that can't just be the end of the issue mate , what if once you've done all those things listed and it still ain't right , what then ? Surely they've got to at least look at the tank in person before they start the bull :banghead:
