  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Here's my megla pokie mini football.....

Hard to get a decent measurement, but I'd guess if it didn't have a ray nibbled tail it would be 19". I would have fished the thing out but the Aimara hangs out in that pile of wood, and Aimara > net. :(

Little guy in the background. Need to get a measurement, but guessing 9".

Did you grow that big boy up yourself? If so how old is he? Should've fished him out while vid'ing the whole thing this way we could enjoyl watching the Aimara have at you and the net. :D

So are you entering the big boy or the 9 incher?

No, I took over at about 14" in October of 2008. I'm assuming this is a female. When I bought them it was supposed to be a M/F pair. I'm just assuming the female would be the larger of the two. I have no idea how to tell, but this was what I was told by Mr. Rapps. He took over John Omalley's collection when he passed and sold the fish off for the Omalley family.... Speaking of that collection, it would be crazy to see if the 18" Lithodoras dorsalis that was offered for sale is still around. IF that thing was 18" back then I wonder how big it would be now????

Knowing my luck IF I video'd it, during the wolf freaking out the Odoe and ATF would have probably jumped out....

I'll be entering one of the little guys, my 9"er has actually kept pace with my Armatus, so I'll get him fished out and get a solid measurement this weekend when I move some of his tankmates.

was the phone screen, i see now!-) and cool, another 9incher in a nasty community tank!-)

My one and only.. I have not seen him but once since putting him in the tank, that was during a water change when I moved his log. No clue on growth but I doubt it's much lol. 3.5" in this pic.

Love this thread so much!

My new favorite cat fish and I never had the pleasure of owning one.

I been searching for a big one the last month so I hope to be entering one soon!
