does yours come out and about with the lights on during water changes too? i find that odd, wonder why they do that?
 
hey guys, this is my first post! I have had my irwini cat for about 2 years. This cat is seriously a prehistoric tank! Easily one of my favorites ive had over the years. His currently in my 56 gal plant tank with a tigtigrinus and 2 axolotles

Not too sure if this is really related but I have a 5.5" striped raphael catfish that was my VERY first fish in the hobby when I had a little ten gallon. I've had him for for almost 5YEARS and I whenever I see a SRC they're like 7" wtf?!?? He stays in a little broken pot hiding spot and NEVER comes out, I mean NEVER. Honestly the toughest little bastard I've ever owned XD
 
Has anyone noticed any growth yet? I'm thinking about removing the driftwood he hides behind so I can actually see him! I know I shouldn't, I just wish he was to large to hide.. Mine appears to have grown some, but I can only see the back of his tail.. ;)
 
Nice, mines grown an inch last time i measured a month or more ago!-)
 
Looking good.I miss them already but their replacements are really growing me.
