indeed. I even use the other parts of the meat that are normally tougher and otherwise "unwanted" - it's great to use as a venison version of chopped sirloin for stir fry, stews, etc or you can just grind it and make burgers or sausages
A lot of the hunters and fishermen out here are pretty wasteful, I let nothing I kill go to waste(and I have been known to scavenge what people leave behind), skulls and bones make good yard decorations,entrails are fed to fish and turtles in ponds,duck carcasses are fed to local wildlife etc
