If you look back through history, most kings are pretty boys who didnt know how to fight for their life, they didnt need to hunt for food, and probably wouldve lost a fight to anybody. Id say discus rule in THAT respect, though I think a neon could mess up a discus pretty badly

The P-basses, Jags, RD's,and other kickass fish would be in the army, not ruling.
