I have a juvie pair of sajica with a juvie pair of severums (amongst many others) and there's no issues..

However the sajicas dont get anywhere near as big as the severums.. It's the sajicas you have to worry about if any

I kept a male sajica in a 55 with angels and never had a problem since they occupy different space in the aquarium. I have found sajica to be far less aggressive than convicts. Though they are a cryptoheros and can be considered bullies.

My female is a huge bully. I bought her with 2 other Sajicas and threw them in a 20G long. She killed the other two within a week. Now she's in my 75 with an Argentea and every once in a while I'll catch her testing the Argentea's patience.

How do yo tell if its a female or male?

Fins shapes and colors, plus male will sometimes get a hump on the head. Yellow coloring in the fins means female, red is male. Atleast this is what Ive learned. I'd say they are semi aggressive at best.
