river lobsters?? what do they look like? expensive?

i just put feeders and some cocktail shrimp!

Wel I just dont know if it is the correct term in english, in spanish we call them that way, River lobsters (langostas de rio) also we call them "acoiles" which is an indian word to describe them.

Imagine a lobster but in a small size 1" 1.5", I think you use another name to describe this animal.

They are really cheap you can buy 30 of them with the equivalent to one dollar. :)

Those are called 'river shrimp' or 'longarm shrimp' in the US. They are not very common here except in the deep south, and most Americans don't know about them.

only thing close i guess is the ghost shrimps? those are like 20 for $1 here....

Sounds like a small crawdad (crayfish) to me.

I took my Snapper to our school district's science fair (I'm a teacher).

Our exhibit was on invasive species. Snappy was very popular, nobody had ever seen anything like him before.
