The start of my garden.

I have mine planted too. I can't wait. I'm in NC so our growing season is longer. It's a lot of fun. This year I am going to water it with aquarium water w/fish poo lol.

Ever though about going hydroponic? I'm thinking of trying it this summer, I've got a free green house and thought I'd give it ago, side by side to compare results

i am going to be starting mine too.. keeping it simple.. but need those tomatoes and peppers.. what kind of light do you use for your seedlings.. i have only used natural light in my garden window.. but i want them to really thrive..

I actually use shop lights. ABout 15 bucks at Walmart and another 2-4 for the bulbs. I set up a table filled with plants and use that, might need two 4 foot lights this spring. I reccommend investing in one, I had 8 inch plus tomato plants last year for the garden.:)

My GF goes to school in NC, she said it was 70 deg down there like 3 weeks earlier. It's 65, here, lol.

Just picked up some green onions at walmart. Will be planting all 80 of them around our garage on Thursday. My last exam is tommorow at 6. I'm getting tired of these basic classes that I have to take.

Thanks for all the info on the shop lights.. definitly going to get a couple to do the trick...

Your welcome!:)

Well bought a few things at Walmart.:headbang2:headbang2

The goodies. The shop light swere 9.82 They were the cheaper ones, don't even have a switch to turn them on/off, lol. I'll just have to unplug them, that's totally fine though. You might be wondering what the oil is for.:naughty::naughty::naughty: Scroll down and you will see soon enough.

And here's the Almighty Maker of my garden. My dad bought it for me 5-6 years ago brand new. I just dug it out of the barn today. It has no more gears though, just forward with the tines moving, lol. I've jacked it up over the years, still runs like it's new though.

you are so lucky... haha... all by hand here... those lights will work great.. i am on my way to walmart tommorrow... and my husbands work bench will be the garden bench.... :D those little onions look great..

I wish I had a tiller like that. I have a little tiny front tine that someone gave me. I think it's for trim work.... but alas I can't afford one. so.... It's a lot of work with a little tiny tiller but it's better than doing it by hand.
