you are so lucky... haha... all by hand here... those lights will work great.. i am on my way to walmart tommorrow... and my husbands work bench will be the garden bench.... those little onions look great..

Whaaaa, by hands. I used to do it back then by hand then my dad got the tiller. I love it. You can have mine when I'm through with it. I need to find a place to setup these lights.

I wish I had a tiller like that. I have a little tiny front tine that someone gave me. I think it's for trim work.... but alas I can't afford one. so.... It's a lot of work with a little tiny tiller but it's better than doing it by hand.

It's pretty kool. I still have my trusty hoe/IDK what its called. I use it alot for trim work and getting weeds out. I even spray painted the wood and handle part green and wrote in golden words, The Gardener. lol, I'm lame.

I need to find a place to setup these lights.Actually i will be okay.. one thing about my soil is it is easy to dig.. the last farm we owned the soil was clay... and it made gardening..any kind of gardening a nightmare... here to plant a new bush or shrub takes me only minutes.. but i appreciate you generosity..

I planted the onions yesterday, all 80 of them. I also drained the oil out in the tiller, it was disgusting and put new oil in. Still running well. I was thinking about tilling a little bit today bit it was 43 F, so I'll wait, lol.

I hooked up one of the lights. I'm hoping to get my fish room pretty well finished up this week and through out next week, I'm on spring break. Then I can actually put up a table and etc. Right now It's DIYed in place.

I used Velcrow on the ceiling, it's pretty strong. I yanked on it pretty hard
and it wouldn't even budge.

And here's the seedlings, their all pretty much sprouted sides the jalapeno's.

The lights are pretty bright, my poor juvie jag's tank is super bright. I'll need to make him a background.

Dang haven't updated this thread in awhile. Alot of the lil seedlings died, with school and work and GF it happens. No problem though, still have quite a few tomato plants though. I bought some plants at Walmart though, a few pepper plants and stuff like that. I'll get pics later. I plant around the 24(which is myB-day Yaya!). I already tilled up the plot for the garden(it's our first year in the new house). But pics will hopefully come tommorow when it's not dark out.

i had a huge tray of lavender growing from seed..lost them when i did the transplant..timing is everything..keep us updated

Everyones gardens look or sound great, look forward to seeing more pics. When I get my computer up and running I'll load some pics of mine. Built a raised platform and am growing a summer squash(for the wife) and a zucchini(for the plecos). Got a tomato plant growing upside down from a topsy turvy bag, a purple passion vine growing on the fence and planted a little meditation and flower garden in front. All watering not done by the rain is from water changes. The flower garden uses edging made from recycled milk cartons and the mulch is recycled rubber. Using solar powered accent lighting and a gazing ball. Trying to be as green as possible with it. The vegetables have responded quickly to fish water and already have a zucchini growing. Will update as it grows.

We're getting into the nineties already, summer is going to be brutal. The good news is that since I planted the garden our drought has lifted. Now I just have to worry about flooding. The price you pay for living in paradise.
