Right now Im looking at 5 cobras (or similar lug pike),1 c.vittata, 5 hoplarchus psittacus, 3 prochilodus or so, and a couple of plecs so far. Im looking into a couple different flavors of vieja and some other random cichlids.

Yeah no doubt. My 9'' royal is stayin in the 100./ I have a nice L-200 and a snowball that I might try. I have them in an acrylic 60 now and I havent seen any damage.

Nice pick up, what are the dimensions? It don't look to be the standard 8' x 2' x 2', looks to have more depth from front to back.

Standard 8x2x2, nothing special.

nice tank did it come with a water pump? if so what kind? gonna be nice to see it stocked. i guess im chicken when it comes to plecs and acrylic let me know how it works out cause i would love to have one.

Crazy kewl man! Makes me wish we could have bigger tanks, but being that we can only keep the tanks on the top floor of our apartment, and the fact that we aren't even supposed to HAVE tanks, puts a dampener on it. Looks awesome though man!! Wickedly cool!!

Definately go with the true parrots, but seriously look into the Caquetaia myersi...you won't be disappointed...trust me...

yeah, they are F2 though, so they probably won't show as much color. Bummer we can't get Brazilians any more..... Oliver has some AWESOME parrots though, just having them imported is the problem. I'm saving up though, so in a couple of months maybe I'll be able to get some fishies from him! ....and anyone who is close enough as well might be able to...
