If they DO end up breeding, I'm sure there will be MORE than enough to go around to several members. 
Plus there is no need to fret over the first batch. Chance are there will be MANY MANY broods. Gary and Gani are some of the best CA cichlid keepers there are, no worries about them getting them to breed multiple times!

just let them Beani's do their thing and all in all they may end up with over a 1,000 eggs with the current size they are in
I'm going to wait and see how hard raising the (possible) fry are before I shell out money for fish to bloat and die on me.
Remember why beani faded out of the hobby in the first place?
First we need male and female (probable)
Then they have to breed (possible, but can be deadly)
Then the fry have to make it to a sellable and shippable size (impossible?)

CONGRATZ!!! MAN I HOPE THIS GOES WELL!!! Hey in a few months time when youve got a few batches out in the usa. send us a couple hundred over!! i know loads who have been craving years for beani!!
