if you cant keep up with a couple oscars you wont be able to keep up with full grown GTs and JDs along with the rest of that stock. You don't always have to do more water changes to keep up water quality, go bare bottom or sand bottom and just daily use a net to get the big chunks of crap out, definitely helps
