quick update : there always 2 side of story , at the end it’s what it’s , I got bad experiment as a customer .
yes I did dispute the $74 . Not the WHOLE amount of $131 something because I’m not happy of the way she treat the customer . She lost , I lost . I feel that fair . yes my fish is sick , it’s stress me out , yes I’m new to this fungus . Idk what to do , instead provide me with some helpful info instead say “ get the ich med and raise the temp , and the ich cause by you not me “
as a business stand point , should have say “ anything I can help you with please pm “ but no .. every sentence is “ ich cause by you . It’s your fault “ blame on a customer , spy on customer social media and try prove me wrong . Who do this ? I never deal with any business that do this kind of thing .
I got more help with the peoples that I don’t buy fish from , they walk me thru step by step to treat the fish , and answer my concern every time I have.
