I don't understand why you added salt before the ich appeared.

Why did you stop ich-x and now back on salt?

I add both and crank up the heat to 88. I stop the ich x today because I saw the improvement but I feel something idk but I feel I need stop add med

1) heat and salt

or

1) ich medication

or

1) salt

Don't switch between treatments in the middle of treatment. You've already received comments on how much longer to use medication after white spot is gone. It takes close to 7 days under the best circumstances, and at worst a total of 3 weeks treatment time (typical for salt and heat).

Since you have no experience treating ich, don't rely on "your gut feeling". Ask first before you switch. You could be doing more harm by switching half way through.

I feed him during my lunch break and and little more after I got home . Just very small amount . I stop feed event he look very hungry and active .
This is him just now . I feel happy lol

Trying to take picture of him stand still is so hard . He always move left right . Right left . Left right . Then swim away then do a FLIP then swim back

I feed him very tiny pellet . Cause I feel it make him eat easy and digest easy when sick . Very small amount too . Temp stay at 88 .
