If anyone needs to learn something from all of this its you dave, you need to realize how many people are on this forum and how many people some customers know. If you have one bad and unprofessional expieriance with one customer, word gets around and you start losing alot of buisness. In all honesty this guys money is nothing compared to the customs orders that you are probably going to be losing because of this incident. Do you really think it was worth it?
I agree with you. It stated that it shipment was with Live Arrival and in which the fish arrived their was already DOA...and the other thing was part of his order was never shipped to him...i can see how someone would get pissed if they payed for their fish with the shipping and in return you get fish but not all and most of the order claimed was DOA. And yea The "Looks" that you keep talking about has nothing to do with this guys order and the feelings he has right now towards this.
