my 8ft long by 4ft tall work in progress, notice how small the 100gal looks next to it.
Can't wait till it is up and running? Got a thread showing its progress?

I just put a sig with a link lol

Nice tank bro love the dimensions. If you ever get tired of cichlids go ancient my friend; you could have killer stock with those dimensions.

I am not 100% sure that I am going with cichlids. I am leaning toward them because I know them.
I mainly just want to stay away from special diets.

Still working on it, but here's my 150G tall so far...

As far as height, I have a hyper Hornwort at the moment. It went from 8" to 28" in 3 days. Yesterday, I folded it in half and replanted it in the middle. It's already close to 3" from the water line again.

Tank dimensions are 48" X 24" X 30" tall

Gar, bichir, arowana, bowfin, and most others donot require special diet.

Here are a few pics of one of my 3 foot deep tanks. It was the mbu puffer's but my daughter changed it to a discus tank for me. The puffers old tank is in my signature. The 2 big tanks are 6 feet and 9 feet deep.

Sorry the pics are not very good but at least I can use a camera again.
