Opsy, WOW, you are a character. You are quite possibly the most belligerent person I have ever come across. Your prejudice and racism towards other cultures and beliefs is incredibly offensive. I'm sure many people here, understand your inadequate intelligence, and will let your comment slide. You must understand that there are many cultures and beliefs other than your own, which are taken just as seriously. You have the right to believe what you want, be considerate and allow other people’s cultures the same right.
 
Boydo, I'm just having fun. If you knew me, you wouldn't think I was all that beligerant. My point I was trying to make to you was, I don't think many people in the world REALLY believe its anything more than a really cool fish. And if they did, well then they are goofy. Some people believe that breaking a mirror gives you seven years bad luck. Just because they believe it doesn't make it true. It just makes them nutty. Or walking under a ladder? This can be cause for caution, but I wouldn't build a religeon around it.
 
Also, Boydo, The racism charge is really over the top. I am not a racist at all. However it sounds like your one of these really politicaly correct people. I think PC is bunch of junk.
 
wow! you people need to lighten up. nobody is really trying to insult anyone just the wrong people are taking things the wrong way and reading into them too much. and the fact of the matter is aside from their culture it is only a fish. not much different than all the others. eccept it is protected. not tyring to stir anything up...just thing people should lighten up a bit. merry xmas or happy hollidays i guess?

Sorry guys for makin a stink, I myself don't believe the superstition of Arowana or Feng Shui, but I know people that do, and I think it's cool and interesting too. I felt it was getting bashed - my reading must have been off a little. No hard feeling here.
