LOL, I didn't mean like bringing your own steak knife... Just that a lot of people carry a knife everywhere. I used too until I started wearing skinny jeans, now I leave it in the car or my briefcase. Its simply a handy tool to have, and I don't see why I should have to make sure I "check" it in my luggage.

Now there's your problem right there.... :ROFL:
 
I always thought it was funny that you could carry aboard a 12" steel knitting needle but not a 2" boy scout pocket knife.
You can? thanks for that info, now I'll pack some defensive equipment. if the knitting needle doesn't take 'em down, we can strangle them with yarn.
