Since I don't know how to respond to this tactfully I will simply say that stereo typing a particular culture for an act committed by a few is deplorable in and of itself. Since a lot of your black friends raise their pitbulls to be vicious maybe they are idiots too. I have many friends of all races lots have pitbulls none of them are vicious. I could tell you a story of a white family that owned a pitbull and it killed their infant child. The news story "Cop shoots Pitbill".
Being a responsible dog owner or an irresponsible dog owner transends racial boundries. What you see in the news is what they want you to see. I have been present at situations where the media was present and when I saw the story on TV I didnt know what they were talking about. You don't get weeks of coverage from kids in Louisiana hanging ropes from a tree at a school because a black kid sat under it, or when a white kid pulls a gun on a black kid the black kid takes it from him and then gets arrested for stealing the gun.
Don't get me wrong I am in no way defending Michael Vick or his actions. Just know that a prominent sports figure be he black white or green gets ratings and sells news papers, magazines and tabloids.
If you truly believe it's a cultural thing in the black community maybe just maybe you need to reevaluate the communties in which you spend your time.
Its time we all stopped blaming an entire group of people for the senseless acts of a few @$$holes!

It's sad how these dogs are somewhat exploited by rap videos and it seems that everyone big in urban culture such as big boi(a pit breeder), dmx, tyson, etc all own pits. (Thoughts of DMX's video with the pits trying to attack the camera come to mind) And sometimes they exploit the pit bull and do nothing but add to it's already bad reputation with huge chains for collars and letting them behave like the bad pit bull's the stereotype follows.
The stereotype on them is way wrong because pit bulls are great. But you can't deny that pits are a big part of urban culture. And by urban I mean "city". White, Black, etc all kinds of people are a part of urban culture. And thats why they get banned in urban areas first such as baltimore city..

Vick should not play again and he should stay in jail for his sentence;Vick didn't make a mistake he new full well what he was doing. He didn't just dog fight but stood (or participated we'll find out)while dogs where drowned or tortured. As someone mentioned he had millions ,why would he even do this,because thoughtfully put he is a sadistic mother****ing idiot.

I remember there was a dog(can't remember the brown and black ones) that was let to wander outside,i was always worried that it might attack my dog or me. In honor of Mike Vick Im gonna start raising a psychotic strain of constantly hot to spawn male Doviis and start arranging and taking bets on Cichlid fighting. Ill call it Parachromis Death Match. 2 - 18'' snaggletoothed male doviis in a 60g bare tank fighting to the death. Now thats what I call good times. Whos with me??

Correct me If I am wrong, but don't they kill Bulls in Spain as a sport. That sounds pretty premeditated to me and you sound like a hypicrite. I guess a dog is held to a higher standard than a bull and it is OK to put a bull in an arena, charge people to watch and slowly kill the bull with pretty spears.
I am all for killing animals for a food source and for human survival, but to do it as a sport is sick and twisted.
As for Accidently killing a human. Not sure how spain operates, but in the states it is against the law to drink and drive. We also have another law called involuntary man slaughter and that is for people who "Accidentally" Kill someone else. Breaking the rules are breaking the rules whether you meant to do it or accidentally did. I hold human life Above animal life. If there are two guys on trial and one accidentally killed a human and one purposely killed an animal, call me a sick, dumb SOB but they better try and convict the human killer first.
