Here's something that duanes duanes created. It's an airline tubing connected to a water jug. The top is open, so you can easily fill it with water. You can slow down flow with a air line tubing valve if you want. You can set up a few of these at night as well to agitate the water's surface. It's also a good way to slowly dose a tank with medication.

Guys I took out 30% water and mixed new water with old tank filter pad waste and transferred water to that tank water is cloudy for now
