First water test. So far so good. If this works, all my future builds will be epoxy plywood first, then add to solid structure, silicone. I could have knocked both of these out in two weekends. Waiting on baffles to cure.

Looks great. You should put some plastic over it so you don't scratch it by accident. What thickness did you end up going with?
I went with 3/4". Its covered with some styrifoam. Cant wait to install it. May be a few weeks
There was a slght wobble in one of the aquaium stands. I wasnt too worried about it because The weight of the aquarium would fix it. When I filled the sump, he weight fixed the wobble, but ripped a seam. I spent weekend before last reparing it. I needed a break from the project so I took the last weekend off and went skiing.
