Roy L, wind chill is real but misinterpeted, it is the term used to describe the increased rate of heat transfer due to moving air rather than still air, it is more important at temps just above freezing when the air is damp, Hypothermia weather.

I'm quite a lot out in the wintertime.
Last weekend I was out tenting with my kids here in -10 celcius...

Temperature is temperature, if not exposed to the wind

That is 14 degrees F, a bit chill but you can dress for it and camping in the snow is fun.

its not much better here in texas right now. its like 55 out now which i might be able to tolerate, but tomorrow snow/winter mix and tomorrow night snow and 18 degrees! wtf???? just saturday was almost 80. people were wearing shorts and tank tops hanging xmas lights and such. now a blizzard it seems. i blame canada! damn you canadians! keep you weather up there where it belongs, eh! texas is supposed to be hot! lol!

I guess the perfect for everyone would be 70 f, if it gets to hot we complain and also if it gets cold

(I'm more in trouble if it gets really hot, probably because I'm used to colder

Never got above 20f today was outside a bunch in just a tshirt,put on my denim when I had to go wait for the school bus,I love the cold.I always tell people if you dont like the weather where you are MOVE,life is too short to be bummed.

i wish the fish in my canal didnt disappear durring the winter. i love catching mayan cichlids. wish we had jags in my canal. what do u catch.
