Yup that's what I am going to do. Make a stand for the bowfront and get and grow out a hubby for Toni. Grow to about seven inches, then make one of them light diffuser dividers then add it to Toni's tank. Then after it's full size, try and get them to breed.

So a lot of us in the US have been going thru a hotter than normal summer.
I have been tracking the heat effects on my tanks. During the day the heat raises the temps to 86. Then over night they lower back to 78. Is it ok for the water to change this much over the course of a day? Or should I raise the heaters to around 82 or so, so it's only a few degree changes over the day.

8 degrees isn't gonna do hardly anything, that's probably less than the temps they experience after rains.

Move one pair of the Acaras into the corner tank, other in the 46bow, split the Tetras, Corys between the two tanks. Now I got an open 125gal tank........humm

I can’t this weekend I have plans. I’m down to help though for sure. FYI I have simple hand tools. Wood working is faaaaar from a forte of mine. That’s why I have steel stands lol
Thought about some geos and sand? Got a 50lb bag if lapis luster #1C you a welcome to. The good stuff.
