ThanksProbably not sinus. The pulp, or tooth nerve is a pretty fragile thing. Any trauma, including deep caries (tooth decay) can cause the pulp to deteriorate and die. If your pain is because the fractured tooth is moving when you bite down, you are not going to get relief until the broken piece is removed. Dental procedures require cooperation of the patient. The patient has to lie still and open wide for a dentist to work. If you can't do both, you may have to find a place where you can have dental work done under general anesthesia.
