Totally Disappointed...

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Never heard of them. Pretty much any main seller that ships fish that's decent is talked about on this forum. So if I haven't read about them on here, I don't buy from them.

Look in the MFK marketplace. There's TONS of GREAT vendors that will ship you healthy fish, and you'll get what you paid for.

I must've caught them on a bad year. Just canceled my order with them. Ordered 2 fish that their site said were in stock in February, called in may to check on progress. They said they'd call me in a week when they were suppose to be sending them out. I forgot about it until i saw this thread. Just called, the girl seemed to have an attitude when i asked what was going on with my order. Apparently they still hadn't gotten them. I'm just mad i waited 7 months fort nothing. will NEVER go through them again.

I don't order from aquascape anymore. Samething happened to me. Their website said they had the fish I wanted, however, I learned that it is never "updated". The chick gives me an attitude because I wanted a refund instead of waiting a month for them to get the fish I ordered in stock.

I am surprised AZ Gardens is still in business. I wonder how the hell almost everything they ship dies, is dying, or dies shortly after. Plus they seem to have a habit of sending fish not ordered or not sending fish ordered and then not refunding. I bet these guys buy from their LFS and they don't even purge the fish and probably don't package properly either. Also would explain the yellow and brown plants they are notorious for shipping. That is exactly how they are at most LFS. It makes no sense that fish shipped overnight have a high DOA rate. If they are prepped properly before shipment and packaged right they should almost always arrive alive. Overnight shipping you drop them off right before USPS closing, they are put on a plane, and to your door usually in the morning. Realistically it is only like around 14-18 hours at most the fish are in transit.

Sorry to anyone that has dealt with these guys, like I said, I am surprised they are still in business. They don't know what they heck they are doing, poor customer service, over charge people, keep extra money etc. Unbelievable.
