I have a lot of transparent white dots like jelly on my aquarium glass and spawning slate which are only visible on glass while doing water change and once water is added, they are invisible. Is it harmful to fish and if yes how to get rid of it? They are not nematodes or other common worms. I have added few pics of it.

Those white ones are definitely eggs. But I think what you're referring to are just tiny specs of algae. They hold a little more water on the glass when you drain it.

What types of fish is the tank stocked with?
Any Cory's? f there are Cory's, they look like cory eggs to me, but could be from any number of egg scattering species (or as pointed out snail eggs).
