Bumping this thread again , wanted to know if anyone has a update they would like to share.

I am still fascinated by these fish and I am going to be ordering 2 and a few other things from Cichlid connection hopefully really soon. I was wondering CC if your flowerhorns get the "tear drop" below the eye ? I am hoping I can find a pair that has those

My pair is at it again and I still have a few juveniles from the last batch if you have a problem finding some. They have the teardrop spots, but from what I understand that's not a guarantee all the offspring will have the same trait.
