grubs/night crawlers/blood worms
tank items swap/rearrange - they did not like that, they were mad.

ok, now, it is just non-stop lip locking.

not even to eat.

it can go for 20 minutes or longer.

i thought lip locking was for the mating not after.
 
That's an odd one for me. Not sure what might be going on. Maybe one of them decided to eat the babies and the other one is fighting them on it? Sounds like they're pretty evenly matched, so neither one can dominate the other.

I haven't seen a fight last that long, but my JD male is close to 5" and the female is only 3.5" so he can push her around pretty easy.
