  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Good luck! They all look so awesome

I would love a palmas but my ironic dilemma is that my only option right now is the cheap wild caught ones that get huge!

I don't think the WC Palmas get that huge...? Maybe I'm wrong. I had one but it was unfortunately a jerk.

16" apparently. That sucks though

I'm hoping my sen will be chill with the next fish

OK, I guess it depends what you consider huge. ;)

So does that mean you are only going with captive bred Polys? I know they're typically smaller. But I think most UJs have the potential to get to 12 to 16 inches over many years. (Of course with the big 3 even bigger.)

I only have a 4ft and it's staying that way for some time so I would like something that MAX get 16" inch and would stay on the smaller side.

I'll have to see what happens I guess :)

Hendre Hendre i think your going by the chart size, even for a WC UJ its rarely seen them going 16", most that are in the tank are 10"-13" maybe 14" but thats only a few out there. Most CB UJ adult size in the tank are 8"-10" maybe 11"-12" out there but rarely too, unless your talking about the big three.

Most likely your sen will push 8"-10", that including my sons sen. Even my WC LJ there are no garantee that they will hit 20" its most likely 17"-19".

Ooh that's tough. I'll chat to the WC supplier about it ;)

He puts them through all the treatment so they should be good to go especially after a month in the tanks
