The exporter snipped his claspers? WTF!! Why in gods name would they do that? I would love to go snip his "clasper". Oh people infuriate me!

I Remeber coming over and seeing the holes I'n the ray felt pretty bad for it. Really happy it made it bro. If it was I'n my hands probly woulda died. Great work it'll be a nice ray.

One of the keys i think was keeping the temp very low like 72 for about 4 weeks with lots of air.when ever i went above 78 it would swim upside down??

I have named him " no dicks"

They exporters snip claspers on the rays to make them look like females so they get more $$$$$ last year their was a shortage of females near the end of the season, their was a group of Germans that had a bunch of females for some reason while everybody else had only a few males left.i almost bought this ray a year ago off them, i went through my emails from way back and discovered it was offered to me by a couple different vendors .regardless this ray was illegal to begin with apparently it was 25cm but when it arrived she was only about 15cm under the legal slot size.than it was discovered a few weeks later that she was actually half a male:(

One if his claspers looks like it still has a bit of rolls on it " maybe functional " but the other it's a nob probably hard to emagine.

It was actually somebody else who said i should give up and kill it first , i believe mshill was just going along with that person

What an amazing story! Lets see him bulked up :) You did a really great job on this guy! Where is mshill90 now?

Where am I? I am right here. I am sorry I have a job and can't spend every second on MFK. I do have a life.

Yes, the ray is doing better, which is great, but it's not out of the clear yet. Keep up the good work, and let's hope he makes a full recovery.

As far as putting it down, yes, I said he should because the ray was suffering, as would any animal/person with a gaping hole in it's body.

If you have anything further to say, keep it to yourself.

you said that because somebody else did and you were agreeing!! And nobody is ever in the clear keeping rays.9 weeks it's still alive and eating is a pretty good indicator it's pulling through.this ray is by far the toughest little bugger ever.he will be renamed from dickless to something else out if respect for this little champ! Haven't thought of any names yet
