I agree on Cichla Thyrorus...have not seen that species too many times, so I did not specifically know how it looked...;)

I don't think it is C. thyrorus. Thyrorus are a "temensis type" Cichla. These look nothing like that group of Cichla. They are definitely more the "mono type".

It remains to be seen what Wes has but I think we can safely rule out any of the species in the Temensis group.
 
I've decided to suspend the sale of the Cichlas at this time, as I lost more than half, the remaining ones I'm going to have to condition them before I do anything with them, unfortunately they don't turn around 100% health over 2-3 days.

I've asked my fisherman to find me more, and if possible, I can bring in larger quantities of mixed species of wild cichla, and everyone would have a chance to get some at a more reasonable price. What do you guys think?

I think it's a good idea to hold off on the sale if they are not doing well.

Once you get them healthy You won't have a problem selling them.


How many aimara do you have?
