Should I have the right to go and spear walleyes when they are spawning filling my freezer? Of course not the state has to manage the resouce so its there in the future. Trust me if you go to court apoligize for breaking the law acknowledge you did somthing wrong agree to pay the fine and ask for you gear back you have a 99% chance to get all of your stuff back.

Takeing the shaft is paying for somone elses healthcare or paying for the speaker of the house to fly her grand childern around the country not paying 20 dollars to help preseave a resource.
