I agree wardens shouldnt be messing with little kids which is why in every state I can think of you dont need a fishing liscense till your 16. A 8 year old with a pieace of string tied to a stick is one thing a 18 year old with 200 dollars worth of gear is another.
what judge in his or her right mind would give a violater his gear back when the voilater KNOWINGLY violated the law? No judge would do that, ever. Everyone knows about the need to have a fishing license when fishing, especially an 18 yearold. That gear will be auctioned off in te next police auction.
