Unhealthy habits?

Toss some fresh asparagus in some olive oil and sea salt and grill it over a low flame until it's halfway limp yet still has some crunch. I used to hate asparagus until recently when I learned how to cook it properly, now it's one of my favorite side dishes.

Smoke , frizzy drinks , very little fruit and veg , junk food .................... You know what people see ya later im going for a jog ;-)
 
I can't be the only person who thought of the irony of "lunglover" being a smoker...:grinno:

Anyway... mine: not eating (I often only eat one meal per day lately), and eating junk (fast food, chips, etc.).

Hahaha I never even thought of that. Good one.

Replace the salt with montreol steak seasoning
 
Thank god I don't smoke. I don't really have any very unhealthy habits but I'm not a health-freak either, for example I eat and drink healthy stuff but will also destroy a packet of chips and half a gallon of ice tea if I feel like it.
