I don't drink anymore, I've never smoked or done drugs. I've started eating well and I exercise often by skateboarding which I've never done before (currently 27yo), I decided I wasn't enjoying life enough so I changed what I was doing. Im fitter than ever, I eat as much as I want cause its all healthy and freshly prepared by me which takes no time at all (takes 5-10 mins to make a salad and to cook a piece of meat). As for bad habits I recently smashed my Holden Commodore SS Wagon which was only 2 weeks old, its been getting repaired for the past 3.5 weeks. Come summer I'll be learning to surf and scuba dive and next winter it will be snowboarding.
If your not happy with your lifestyle, change it.
