Unhealthy habits?

Toss some fresh asparagus in some olive oil and sea salt and grill it over a low flame until it's halfway limp yet still has some crunch. I used to hate asparagus until recently when I learned how to cook it properly, now it's one of my favorite side dishes.

Love it at eating, not at the urinal...
 
I eat too much fruit...lol yes that is possible but peaches taste like candy...
Do you like peach cobbler?
I tend to work long hours and am dead tired on the drive home from work sometimes..I've been awakened at intersections by drivers behind me honking their horns.

I've never completely dozed off while driving, but I rarely ever get more than 5 hours of sleep a night and many times that would be well on the high side of what I get
 
My worst unhealthy habit is my new eating habits.a couple years ago I hurt my back in a car wreck and for 3 years standing long enough to make a sammich took 2 hrs laying out to make the pain stop.going from very active and eating what I want to setting I put on a lot of weight.

This year healing up and being active again with diet I have dropped 175pds since end of January.i eat about 6oz of food at 11am and a smoothie for dinner at midnight.my wife is always getting on me about eating more but now if I eat twice in a day I get very sick and it comes back up with in 1 to 2 minutes.

I hope you never do...It's right up there with being shot at on the scale of being scared.

Congratulations on losing all that weight but I think your wife's right that can't be a healthy diet

The only reason I dont agree with her atm is my DR says its fine for a while as long as I take daily vitamins to cover the nutrional factor and tyvm.
 
Well depending on where you started at it may be ok. Just remember that as you lose more weight that the rate that you lose it needs to slow down. Proportion is going to be the key to everything.
