They look like tems to me but I am no expert I can't see the extra bars that zullies get not even faintly.
How about them 3 bar cb azuls we been seeing a lot of lately?

He just needs to powerfeed them and we'll find out soon for sure lol
Lol I'm working on it, being fed 3 times per day, twice with pellets and once with a mix of frozen foods with a 50% water change every 3 days.

As well as the spangling. The early age spangling like what we are seeing on this "azul" is scattered all over the fishes body. Temensis have spangling as a juvie but it is a lot more organized. Most of the spangling on a tem runs along its barred lateral line.
I agree with you G. However, the blue on Azuls doesn't come in for a while and they are hard to tell apart at a young age so I can see where the confusion comes from. I've had a couple tems and a few Azuls and based on my own bass, I say Azul.
