Been on the down low since I was on vacation. Now Im back and trying to rethink stock. I am getting bored with my polys... They are a bit of lumps and I want more tank activity. So I might get the stock down to a few or just one, who knows? lol
Also looking to grow out some cichlids or other large fish for upper movement. Really have been wanting another Oscar or something like it.
At this point doing some hardcore thinking as to the polys. Need to do a pro/con list and decide. Not easy choice because they each have something I like.

So the idea is to rehome the Nigerian lap, Koliba lap and keep these four: Endli, Weeksii, Faranah Lap, Ansorgii

Looking for either a wc type like a Bumblebee, or a regular red Oscar. Not into bass.
I have been considering a ton of ideas: Schooling fish group, Bala sharks, Pike cichlid, Clown Knife.... Just looking for more tank activity, especially in the upper areas of the tank.

Bala sharks sound good, imo they can look ugly when fully grown. Clown kinfe sounds intresting

Yeah, I like the look of bala up to a certain point and then they can look like a regular tinfoil barb type body when grown. I have even thought of maybe a gold tinfoil barb, just a single one. Im still thinking about the options, but a large non cichlid would work well. I used to have a flagtail but that was before the polys and I heard they can slime suck.
