This is what I'm familiar with on Ansorgii variety that has been mentioned in prior mfk forums and elsewhere.
* Tikinsso - is what everybody is getting in some time now. They all look similar with the lap like lateral line.
* Nigeria/ogun - patterns are usually on lighter side or no markings.
* Koloton - green hues on marking and body. Checkerboard all over and no lateral line.
he's probably up watching them anyways. lol.Regarding Endli - CallPolyaddict86 at 3 a.m. in the morning continuously. He's got 2 of most endli variants. - Just kidding about calling. Just text

Koloton is a lap varient, is a species. They said its used to be called sp.koloton cause they dont know if its a wc hybrid. Look at jaws new poly he just bought that new koloton.thanksVancouver_98683 and J jaws7777 . Recently heard the word "Koloton" thrown around and had no idea what that meant.
I only watch them during feeding and WC, sometimes i just check them and do a head count, cause i had some that jump out before.he's probably up watching them anyways. lol.
Names based on catch locations get thrown around because you can find characteristics in these fish from those areas. While all laps, when you say Koliba, Koloton, Faranah or Nigerian you know that you can be dealing with a certain color, pattern or even head shape.Recently heard the word "Koloton" thrown around and had no idea what that meant.

So koliba and koloton are confirmed lap's i remember the debate about them being possibly a seperate species
It's strange. two of my old ansorgii had green hues on markings but later on the markings changed colors. This is what I'm familiar with on Ansorgii variety that has been mentioned in prior mfk forums and elsewhere.
