55 gallon
and what substrate?
sry all but i ahve another Q, can i devide the tank with one side havin the pair of convicts if i get a male and teh other side a pair of firemouths ( 55 gallon ) and get rid of teh BP or have my mom take it back in a different tnak ( ill still care for it tho ) but can i devide teh tank for a pair of convicts and a pair of firemouths???
Divide the 55 up for the 2 breeding pairs as you said but with a small eggcrate for a barrier. Also sand IMO is the best substrate for CAs. Get another tank for BP and you should be set. Also are the lengths you mentioned the size they are now because there is no way in hell your FMs are near 6 inches and your BP 9.
I say that maby a Trailor could hold a 30 Gallon. If it can hold say something like a Bed it can Hold a 30,40 Gallon. I used to live in one for a Year or two. Don't anymore, and my dad had a 40 Gallon in the House. I say it will hold.
well i woke up to 2 feeder gups and 4 rosey reds ( lights were off for teh night ) so i guess i got sum hungry fish in there and sum night stalkers. YAY atleast i now how they eat the guppys now.
I wouldn't feed them guppies as a staple diet, even if you breed them yourself, they aren't the healthiest choice. I'd go with some sort of pellets or flakes...
