If the pkg was wet and unable to be shipped, the shipper should have been contacted either that day or the next. At that point, the pkg is usually delivered back to the shipper if UPS cannot re-pack it. Call the 800 # and request a call back from the center that did the pick-up or denied the shipping due to the condition of the pkg. They would be the ones with more info.
