Yes. I do.
We do our research, and we're learning. I'm always open to be corrected. I feel like if anything, giving out advice helps us learn because there's always someone more experienced than me that will be able to be right behind me with better suggestions or corrections.
I didn't realize there was a minimum ray-keeping period to be able to give out advice. As far as I'm concerned, someone could learn a lot more from those who have the perspective that we do rather than someone going around saying that people are not qualified to give advice.
Not only that, but you have no idea the amount of time we put into stingrays... or how much they mean to us. We are constantly learning about them. Where most people treat them like the next exotic fish, we're treating them much like our mammal pets.
If you felt there was something wrong with my advice, maybe you could just say that so we can all learn from it. And if you're wanting to help a new MFK member, it would be a lot more respectable for you to message them instead of question their adequacy publicly.
