Urgent please help! Stringy poop!

Looks like bloat to me. And not sure on the red you talking about. I do see in some of the pics and don't in some. Also your flash is too distracting.
I'd suggest continue with epsom salt. How many times did you use it?
I've had bloats and internal parasite cured by the above suggested method.

As you can see i posted that 4 days back! he wasn't even pooping then..he is back to pooping now thankfully, he still looks fat but reduced considerably and lot more active. But he is still not eating. Treatment is going on and looks improved. I do 50% water changes every other day using epsom salt. Also did a 100% water change, made the tank bare bottom. It was then he started pooping back. The only issue now is that he is still not eating. But belly is reduced.
Sorry for your loss mate. I wasn't able to check your msgs earlier as was busy those days. Too bad we couldn't save him
