Not to be rude, but EVERY post I read of yours if you trying to find a fish combination for a specific size tank, and they you say a year MAX because you are upgrading.
All of the fish you mentioned can't be kept together in a 75 because they will kill each other. Why don't you just do a single fish?
A FH would do fine in a 75, and they are colorful and very owner responsive- as I hear oscars are as well.
All of the fish you listed are aggressive.
Now, from reading it sounds like a 55 from the dimensions... none of the fish you listed will comfortably fit in a 55 except MAYBE a female JD, as they max out at about 9" I believe.
The tank itself is not a bad deal at all IMO- but I would just get it, and set it up to cycle, which takes about 6 weeks, and then you have that entire cycling period to PROPERLY do your research, and see what will suit you best.
