With those water parameters, maybe your tank seems to "not" be cycled. Unless you water treatment plant uses chloramine, if so you might see a 0.25 ammonia reading. But if the tank is fully cycled, the population of beneficial bacteria should almost immediately eat up that trace of ammonia.
How long has it been set up?
And what method did you use to cycle it, fish less by adding pure ammonia? Or just putting sacrificial fish in an unicycled tank?
As an aside, I never use any of the products listed, only a little dechlorinator with each water change.

Hello; A cloudy tank with ammonia and sick fish. The use of a number of chemicals ( perhaps either too many or not the right sort of chemicals).

More basic information needed. It would be nice if you can write a fairly detailed list of details about the tank. How big. How long set up. Water parameters. Stocking. Feeding schedule. WC details and more.
I have an 180 gallon fish tank with like 8 shubunkin's. The tank was set up somewhere in July. I usually feed them twice a day. In the morning at 11 am I feed them hikari pellets than at 6 pm I feed them 2 cubes of bloodworms as after night snack. I have like 3 anubias. Using an fx6 and fluval 406.

How often and how much water do you change on this tank?

Hello; That information is a start but no where near enough and well short of what is needed for me to give you good suggestions. Having participated in threads before where the OP provides information in small increments I will wait a while before getting back to you. At this point I will simply be guessing because there is not enough information. Your choice at this point.

Hello; Here is my first guess. You overfeed and you do not do WC often enough nor with enough volume.

I suggest no feeding at all for four days followed by at least two fasting days each week and only one feeding each day when you do feed.

I also suggest you start building up the WC schedule. For the next several days follow this WC schedule. 20% a day for two days. Then 30% a day for two days, then 40% a day for two days. Finally at least a 50% ( preferably more %) twice a week for a while. I suggest this build up because going to over 50% WC right away can have stress issues all on it's own. What the eventual WC schedule may be will depend on how well you get the overfeeding under control.

I also suggest you use a gravel vac to siphon out some of the detritus/mulm with each WC. These siphon gravel vacs are at most fish shops. Do a different section of the tank with each WC.

Hello; You are free to accept or dismiss any advice I or others may offer. The pictures raise a couple of new questions and confirm some others. First I stand by my most recent suggestion about feeding and WC.

If the picture is current then why are you considering algae chemicals and sludge remover as I see no sign of either?
