The more I think about this topic, the more it impacts me... It should not be closed at all.
For those who are in favor of him living...
He gets his request and is given 100yrs w/out parole... A week later he tries to escape again (n makes it, long gone). Now what? He just moved into someones neighborhood...
Or, jails are booked up, can't let him go, let's let the molester go, no the wife beater, no the drive by shooter that missed, the rapist who just has 2years left anyways etc...
We get the short end and most of us didn't do nothing to deserve that or got our act together... The first time.
I think people do deserve second chances but how many does one get? Seems like everytime he got his paper work and buss money was a forgiveness IMO.
I think it's "Strike 15, your out"
