i am a forgiving person... i can understand and overlook and understand reasons why people do some of the things they do..but.... I think child molesters and all murderers should die by execution... the same way they snuffed out that life should be reason they give up their own.......... to take a life is way above and beyond second chances.. the people they kill have no second chances... no time to be somewhere else and doing something else... no time left for love and joy and hobbys... it is gone their life.. snuffed out by someone who felt nothing but evil towards them... i have no sentiments for a murderer except they should pay the price.

i imagine this being used as a demotivater would be unsuccessful. i searched around looking for some facts to show that more murders are unplanned and are on the spot, no thought in the process but it's hard finding those facts lol. that's my inference - most, if not some murders are a spur of the moment thing when people get caught up in the moment. consequences aren't their first priority.
