Update: spots haven't gone away, and the one spot that I saw on his dorsal at the lfs when I got him it still there and looks alittle like ich so I am treating with PraziPro. Next I am soaking his brine shrimp in garlic so e gets used to the taste and eats his clams, but last night he threw up about half to all of the shrimp he ate.
