I know a guy that imports them regularly and I can gt them dirt cheap, they are just not my taste...

meh...I prefer to keep 'em pure. Paul Moody has (or had) some super nice morphs though, you should check them out if you are into the crotalids:

you have to have a ton of experience with other snakes before you start your venomous training. When you do start, it is 1000 hours of hands on training with a licensed individual.
 
So if I owned a full grown Ball Python,Corn Snake,Colombian Boa,Mexican King Snake, and a Tree Boa would I be able to start training on a White Lipped Tree Boa or Death Adder?
